The Fish Lake Way (TR 971 A) is a 1.7-mile trail located near Naches, Washington, in the William O. Hikers often use a log jam to cross, but caution is advised, as wood can be slippery and the river can run fast.

  • Difficulty: Easy

  • Starting Point: The trail can be accessed from the Fish Lake Way Trailhead, located at the end of Road 1800, which requires a high-clearance vehicle for the last portion.

  • Distance from Camp Fife: 7.5 miles, at the end of the Bumping River Rd/NF-1800.

  • Parking Pass/Entry Fee: Northwest Forest Pass

  • Established Campsites: No, but dispersed camping is common
